Senior Associate/Principal - Building Envelope

You will be joining a Canadian consulting firm with a long track record in Building Envelope and Structural Engineering. They've grown to 70+ staff across their 2 offices, and they're not slowing down. Vancouver is the next chapter, and they're looking for the right person to plant the flag and build something meaningful on the West Coast. This is a firm with the work already in BC, the back-end support to make you successful, and a leadership team that genuinely wants you to win.

Your New Role

This is a Regional Lead role with a big mandate. You'll be opening and leading the Vancouver office, building it from the ground up. Your time will be split roughly 50/50 between business development and project delivery, so you're not just driving the business, you're delivering it too with support from an established team in other locations.
