General Summary
The Senior Bench Test Engineer leads the development, automation, and execution of advanced bench‑level test solutions for RF and mixed‑signal hardware. This role requires extensive hands‑on experience in RF measurements, strong software development capabilities, and the ability to architect robust test methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of advanced bench‑level test plans for RF and mixed‑signal hardware.
- Implement automated test using C#, LabView, and Python.
- Perform complex RF characterization including EVM, ACLR, Gain, Noise Figure, IP3, Phase Noise, and S‑parameters.
- Set up and operate RF equipment such as Spectrum Analyzers, VNAs, Signal Generators, Oscilloscopes, and Power Meters.
- Lead debug efforts for test failures, instrumentation issues, and RF board problems.
