Senior BI Analyst - Team Lead

What you'll be doing?

Team & leadership

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of three analysts – workload allocation, quality review, and growth
• Set the standards for data models, definitions, and documentation the whole business relies on
• Serve as the primary data partner to stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Product

Business intelligence & analysis (primary focus)

• Maintain daily automated reports: leads, listings, LPL, promoted listings, sold listings, market monitor
• Deliver weekly ad‑hoc data requests across P24 and AutoTrader
• Produce monthly and quarterly commercial analyses, industry reports, and press‑ready data articles
• Track commercial KPIs: take rate, ROS/MDS, LPL per dealer, slot utilisation, dealer profitability
• Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Apache Superset; templates in Excel and Google Sheets
