Senior Bookkeeper

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong U.S. bookkeeping and tax experience to manage client books, maintain accurate financial records, and support ongoing accounting needs.

The right candidate must be hands-on and comfortable working directly inside client accounts, reviewing transactions, reconciling accounts, identifying issues, and keeping books accurate and up to date without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update client books on a regular basis
• Review, categorize, and record financial transactions accurately
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
• Identify missing information, unusual transactions, and bookkeeping issues
