Senior BSA – Payments
Role Overview:
Deliver structured business analysis and requirements for enterprise payment systems modernization within a leading financial institution.
Contract: Full-time, Toronto-based engagement.
Must Haves:
10+ years Business Analysis experience in enterprise financial systems
Payments domain expertise covering domestic and international transaction processes, specifically SWIFT
Requirements gathering and documentation for system integration and workflow design
Agile delivery experience across complex payment modernization projects using Jira
Nice to Have:
Experience with ISO migration or related payment message standards
Hands-on exposure to payment hubs, clearing networks, or settlement systems
Familiarity with banking compliance and risk platforms
