Senior Building Condition Assessor (GTA - Future Opportunities)

SUMMARY The Senior Assessor applies building condition assessment processes and technical standards in conducting (specialized) asset assessments for the purpose of identifying asset condition and deficiencies. Reduced site assessments to 30-50%. Senior Assessor also supports the Manager/Director to plan and oversee the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects that will help ensure the projects are delivered within scope, budget and requirements. At this position level: Projects are typically of low to moderate complexity, risk and exposure. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Building Condition Assessments Applies knowledge of building condition assessment processes and technical standards in conducting asset assessments, annual building inspections and other specialized asset assessments.
