Senior Business Analyst (Global BaaS & API Platforms – AI-Native)
We are looking for an AI-Native Full Stack / Developer Experience Engineer to design and deliver next-generation developer experiences for the Global BaaS platform. This role owns developer portals, SDKs, sandbox environments, and AI-driven documentation and support agents.
Primary Responsibilities
- Build and maintain API developer portals using Apigee Developer Portal, React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Own sandbox and testing environments (Postman collections, contract tests) for external partners and internal teams.
- Implement developer-facing features: SDK generation (multi-language), semantic API discovery, usage analytics, and API monetization support (metering hooks).
