Senior Business Analyst (Global BaaS & API Platforms – AI‑Native)
We are looking for an AI‑Native Full Stack / Developer Experience Engineer to design and deliver next‑generation developer experiences for the Global BaaS platform. This role owns developer portals, SDKs, sandbox environments, and AI‑driven documentation and support agents.
Primary Responsibilities
- Build and maintain API developer portals using Apigee Developer Portal, React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Own sandbox and testing environments (Postman collections, contract tests) for external partners and internal teams.
- Implement developer‑facing features: SDK generation (multi‑language), semantic API discovery, usage analytics, and API monetization support (metering hooks).
- Automate documentation and changelog generation with LLM‑assisted tools; own versioning and validation of docs.
