Senior Business Analyst, IT

Responsibilities

Analyze the organization’s business processes and systems (financial, logistic, human resources, etc.) and automate or optimize processes through the third‑party business resource planning system (ERP, e.g., SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle). Work on complex, large‑scale and high‑impact aspects of the system. Design optimal processes based on a broad and deep ERP experience.

• Work with internal customers to analyze business processes, document functional requirements, and optimize the use of the Plex SaaS platform.

• Develop system specifications and decision flows, in the form of flowcharts or equivalent techniques, from written business requirements.

• Formulate and define the scope and objectives of the system, devising and/or updating procedures to solve complex business problems.

• Make recommendations and propose system solutions to meet functional requirements.
