Documenting status quo finance business processes and interfacing processes as process flow diagrams.
Identifying process inefficiencies and challenges and recommending opportunities for improvement.
Documenting the team’s new/revised processes as process flow diagrams.
Translating future state process flow diagrams and business requirements as user stories in Azure DevOps.
