Our valued public sector client is hiring a Senior Business Analyst with telecom experience to support the implementation of Softphone software across the organization.
Background:
The department currently has approximately Softphones in use at facilities across the country but, the plan is that there will be 25, installed within the next 5 years.
Tasks:
Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for the Softphone solution.
Defining functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and GoC standards.
Mapping current state workflows and identifying changes required for the Softphone rollout.
Conducting impact analyses related to business processes, security, IT infrastructure, and end-user operations.
