Senior Business Development Manager – Fit-Out
At Electra we need talented people that will share our strategy to be the obvious partner contracting for local & international players who wish to set up an event within the GCC.
The Senior BD – Fit‑Out will drive revenue specifically across Electra's interiors and fit‑out division, promoting our integrated delivery model which includes design development, joinery, fabrication, MEP, scenic works, and full turnkey build solutions. This role requires a strong commercial mindset and the ability to sell fit‑out solutions for hospitality, commercial spaces, retail, F&B, luxury environments, and event‑related interiors.
The ideal candidate is a strong hunter with excellent technical understanding, able to work seamlessly with Electra's Design, Joinery, Production, PMO, QHSE, and Procurement teams.
