A unique opportunity has emerged within M4 as we launch a brand-new, forward-thinking Senior Business Manager position within our North Territory. This role is a key part of our innovative growth and expansion strategy, giving you the chance to influence, shape and lead from day one. We are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven leader with a high-energy approach to sales and operational excellence. This position combines strategic leadership, hands‑on client management, and managing an existing portfolio of Managers & Accounts whilst also building a personal billings portfolio, empowering you to make a tangible impact across the region. This is purely a sales and service role — all recruitment, onboarding and compliance activities are handled by our Talent team. Experience within the Driving & Industrial recruitment sector—ideally temporary recruitment—is highly advantageous.
