Job Purpose:
Lead the development and oversight of Medical Services budgets for proposals and contracts, applying advanced expertise and judgment to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions. Analyze study documentation and requests for proposals to prepare accurate cost estimates. Serve as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on more complex study budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and client expectations. Mentor and coach junior team members while maintaining business tools and training materials to support operational excellence.
Key Accountabilities:
Independently manage complex budget development for proposals and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Represent the organization as a prime contact on projects, coordinating with senior internal and external stakeholders.
