Senior CAD Engineer – IC Design & Memory

Micron Technology in Tlaquepaque, Mexico, is looking for an Engineer CAD to enhance innovative memory designs impacting HBM, DRAM, and new technologies. You will develop and support CAD software while collaborating with design teams and applying your knowledge in CMOS process fundamentals.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or higher degree in a relevant field and has over 5 years of experience in Design Automation, as well as proficiency with tools and programming languages such as SKILL and Python.
