Our client, a company specializing in facility and camp management, is looking for an organized, autonomous individual with excellent prioritization skills to fill a Senior Camp Logistics Coordinator position.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and participate in the onboarding of workers (room assignments, data entry)
• Manage emergency calls outside regular business hours
• Coordinate technical maintenance team interventions with internal and external partners
• Manage automated system alarms and ensure proper follow‑up on interventions
• Participate in emergency response measures and intervene as required
• Ensure the safety of occupants in collaboration with various stakeholders
• Perform administrative follow‑ups (emails, reports, documentation, filing)
