Senior Change & Training Consultant

Job Summary:

• Lead and manage change activities confidently across IT‑led transformation programmes, ensuring that all impacted stakeholders are engaged, supported, and prepared for change.
• Apply proven methods for each implementation type, using relevant approaches agreed within the Statements of Work.

Core Competencies

• Change leadership & delivery: Lead end‑to‑end change activities for complex transformation programmes, including change strategy, development of change & training plans, change impact assessment, change action plans, and execution of change activities against plan/SOW.
• Stakeholder management & influence: Build relationships, facilitate workshops, and secure alignment & buy‑in from senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and end users.
