Job Description

Operate & monitor chemical batch process in the API plant, ensuring processes run according to the process description. Assist Production Lead and Lead Tech to supervise chemical technicians, meet production targets and schedules while maintaining GMP, safety and housekeeping standards.

• Operate and monitor assigned chemical processes.
• Participate in hand‑over of processes.
• Obtain, follow and complete process documentation; check prior shifts’ documentation for accuracy.
• Clean vessels and lines before and after batches as required.
• Conduct required pre‑batch checks.
• Charge vessels with solids or liquids as directed.
• Perform post‑charge verification checks; take corrective action if needed.
• Adjust and monitor process conditions using automation input/outputs and personal inspection.
• Carry out routine sampling and testing of samples.
