The Senior Commissioning Coordinator is responsible for leading the testing and commissioning of M&E works at site in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities- Understand contract requirements and M&E specifications in order to monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with project requirements/construction schedule.
- Liaise with design consultants and the commissioning agent on the design and commissioning intent.
- Understand all the essential code of practices and relevant authority requirements for submissions of documents and inspections.
- Coordinate with in-house architectural & structural team to minimize discrepancies.
- Able to manage and solve complex problems at site.
- Testing and commissioning (Cx) of M&E systems and services (i.e. Cx L1 to L5)
- Check and prepare material sample with shop drawing submission.
