Senior Compensation & Benefits Leader (Payroll & Compliance)

GOTHONG SOUTHERN is seeking a payroll specialist to manage payroll processing and compensation and benefits administration. You will ensure accuracy, compliance with Philippine labour laws, and secure handling of confidential data across multiple platforms.

The role requires 3–5 years’ experience, a relevant degree, and proficiency in Excel and payroll software, with preference for CPP/PHR certification. Based in Cebu with potential for growth within the finance team.
