Senior Compliance Analyst, Financial Crime

As part of the AXIS Compliance team, you will play a key role in delivering financial crime compliance oversight across multiple legal entities within AXIS Capital Group. Operating within the second line, you will provide guidance and effective challenge to the business, supporting adherence to applicable regulatory requirements.

The primary focus of this role is to support the management and oversight of sanctions, including involvement in sanctions referrals, monitoring regulatory and geopolitical developments, providing timely and practical guidance to the business, overseeing screening activities, and supporting regulatory reporting, You will be responsible for ensuring that sanctions controls are effective, consistently applied, and continue to evolve in line with regulatory expectations and business needs.
