We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Compliance Manager to join our insurance clients team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of compliance within our organisation. This includes ensuring that our company is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with local laws and regulations
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing compliance programs and make recommendations for improvement
