Senior Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced compliance professional to join the Lockton Compliance Team in the UK. This role supports Lockton and the Compliance Team to deliver compliance advisory services in the UK and internationally. This role plays a key part in managing regulatory risk, and supporting the business across the UK and Europe while sharing best practice internationally.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Enhancing compliance oversight by providing expert, commercially astute, regulatory advice across the full range of the FCA Handbook and relevant financial services regulation to a large and growing insurance broker business
• Interacting with business colleagues through a business partner compliance model to identify and work in a collaborative and pro‑active manner to find solutions to a range of matters to support business growth whilst managing regulatory risk.
