Senior Configuration Analyst, Telecommunications

We’re searching for a Senior Configuration Analyst, Telecommunications. This hybrid role is based at our Head Office in Surrey, BC.

In this role, you will configure, manage, and optimize unified communications and VoIP solutions, including Genesys, Microsoft Teams, and RingCentral. You will assist with gathering, developing, and documenting configuration requirements, plan and execute configuration tasks, and provide level 1 and 2 support for call center and all modes of telecommunication solutions.

Compensation

The expected hiring range for this role is $78,400- $98,000 for a 35‑hour work week.
