Your Opportunity
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality tax compliance and advisory work across a diverse client base.
You will:
Prepare and deliver income tax returns across a broad range of clients covering corporate, international and private groups, including companies and trusts
Deliver income tax-focused advisory work across a range of areas, such as business/group restructures, mergers and acquisitions and international expansion
Support ATO reviews and audits through preparation of technical responses and documentation
Consider key income tax issues such as capital gains tax rollovers, tax consolidation, tax loss utilisation, Division 7A, thin capitalisation and significant global entities
Be involved in the delivery of tax risk management and governance frameworks for businesses & groups
