Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years of professional experience in Contract Management, Vendor Management, Procurement or Contract Governance.
• Experience working with external service providers in regulated, performance-driven environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law or a related field.
• World Commerce & Contracting certified professional is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, ServiceNow or CLM tools is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Extensive experience in contract management, contract governance, contract changes (i.e., drafting change requests, amendments, evolution forms etc.) using appropriate terminology, compliance and monitoring & control activities.
