Job Title: Procurement Manager
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite)

Daily Responsibilities:
- Primary contact for all EPS teams that require a NDA, MSA, Service Schedule, SOW/Professional Services Engagement, Service Order or Product Maintenance Coverage reviewed, negotiated and executed
- Directly negotiate Consulting Services Agreements and Service Contracts/Forms for which Procurement and Legal involvement is not required, coordinating activities related to the phases of contracts negotiation - identifying, tracking, resolving issues, and driving cost savings
- Review EPS contracts and facilitate requirements gathering, ensuring that all existing contracts are renewed at least 30 days prior to expiry and in accordance with EPS requirements and Audit compliance
