Sr. Contract Manager
The Senior Contract Manager is responsible for overseeing and operationalizing a highly complex IT Managed Services contract within a healthcare environment. This role “lives inside the contract,” ensuring that contractual obligations are clearly understood, accurately interpreted, and effectively translated into day‑to‑day operational guardrails.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret and operationalize contract terms, translating complex contractual language into actionable processes, controls, and operational guidelines.
Serve as the primary contract SME, ensuring all stakeholders understand obligations, boundaries, dependencies, and performance commitments.
