Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Control and Software Engineer to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of advanced control systems and embedded software for next-generation Solid State Transformers (SST), high-power grid-tied inverters, and large-scale renewable energy integration platforms. 
You will drive technical innovation in medium- and high-voltage power electronics for applications including data center electrification, utility-scale renewables, microgrids, EV charging infrastructure, and smart grid systems. This senior role involves end-to-end technical ownership—from control strategy definition and system modeling to real-time software implementation, validation, and field deployment—while mentoring junior engineers and influencing technology roadmap decisions.
