Key Responsibilities . Oversee daily kitchen and food production operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow. . Lead, supervise, and coordinate kitchen staff to maintain productivity and service standards. . Prepare and cook meals in accordance with the menu and operational requirements. . Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness at all times. . Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of food. . Monitor and manage food inventory assist with stock ordering when required. . Assist in planning work schedules, manpower allocation, and operational improvements. .
