As a Senior Cost Manager - Electrical you will be involved in:
Lead the preparation and management of cost estimates across all project phases.
Develop and lead the implementation of cost reporting including cashflow analysis and change management.
Drive value engineering and risk management initiatives.
Provide expert advice on life cycle costing, benchmarking, and sustainability.
Act as the primary client liaison for all cost-related matters.
Mentor and support junior cost consultants and project team members.
Contribute to business development and client relationship management.
