Senior Counsel (e-commerce)

Our client is listed MNC , growing globally and with product lines that operate across e-commerce platforms (regionally). Your role will be more aligned to that of a de‑facto General Counsel with the usual autonomy, visibility and accountability often seen much later in your In‑House career.

• Commercial: 75 %
• Regulatory & Compliance: 15 %
• Regional Projects: 10 %

• You will manage commercial matters which include contract negotiations, licensing, e‑commerce compliance issues and day to day advisory requests.
• Non‑contentious matters include product launch, marketing campaigns, market growth and sales solutions.
• You will work closely with in‑country counsel and if required, manage external counsel.
• Candidates are also expected to develop frameworks and ensure key stakeholders are informed on fast changing rules and regulations.
