Roles and Responsibilities

Looking for credit manager for the Supply Chain financing, Anchor relationships and underwriting to be
based at Mumbai office.

Describe the KPIs against each perspective

Perspective Key Performance Indicators

Responsibility/Duties 1. Reviewing of anchor companies, programs
2. Analyzing Anchor company with required due
diligence, credit decision on suppliers.
3. Detailed understanding of business model, financial
analysis, management and industry analysis
4. Underwriting/ devising risk framework of Anchor
based programs
5. Managing TAT, review of renewal proposals
6. Close coordination with respective channel, Anchor.
7. Portfolio monitoring to identify early warning signals.
Business focus 1. Timely coordination with partners, Business team and
other stakeholders for addressing and resolution of
the issues highlighted in review.
