The role
As a Senior Data Analyst – Technology Lead, you will provide technical leadership across the Enforcement Data & Analytics Team (EDAT)'s analytics platforms, pipelines and solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining delivery, oversight and mentoring.
You will:
Lead the design and delivery of complex data and analytics solutions, including end-to-end data pipelines and analytical workflows

Ensure EDAT solutions are robust, scalable, maintainable and aligned to enterprise standards

Apply systems thinking to balance immediate investigative needs with long-term sustainability and reuse

Provide expert analytical support to multidisciplinary teams working on high-priority enforcement investigations

Review and quality assure analytical outputs and code to ensure accuracy, transparency and repeatability
