About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Data Analyst / Power BI Specialist to join our cross-functional data team. In this role, you will support an analytics initiative focused on building clean, modern dashboard experiences for internal users and external clients, and preparing high-quality datasets for power users across the organization. Responsibilities
Own and evolve our Customer Reporting capability:
Build and maintain dashboards used by Sales and Customer Success teams for client reporting.
Partner with Sales and Customer Experience to improve existing customer reports: by turning client requests and feedback into new features, and ensuring clients are delighted with the dashboards we deliver.
Migrate existing customer dashboards from Superset to Power BI, ensuring data quality and a smooth client experience.
