About the role 
The Senior Data & Reporting Analyst, whose role reports to the Operational & Performance Manager, has the following objectives:
Supporting the Operational & Performance Manager in identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of reporting.
Supporting or leading activities ranging from discovery, hypothesis development, data profiling and engineering, application of algorithms, results interpretation, and data visualisation.
Supporting the improvement of stakeholder engagement within the Zinfra enterprise.
Examining current end-to-end reporting processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Proactively assessing, articulating, and managing risks that could impact the success of solution implementation.
Managing data in relation to all business reporting and analytics.
