As a Senior Data Scientist in the Advanced Analytics and Modelling team at Canadian Tire Corporation, you will support the development of machine learning and other mathematical models and solutions in the areas of pricing and promotional optimization, loyalty incentive curation and optimization, as well as enterprise price-value scenario orchestration engines. This role is critical to the execution of CTC's True North strategy.
What You'll Do
- Develop a deep understanding of our Retail business, Loyalty and Credit Card Customers, and Marketing programs.
- Develop, implement and document advanced quantitative and statistical models on retail, customer and loyalty data to build solutions and generate timely insights.
- Build and deploy Machine Learning/Deep Learning models which can adapt to constantly evolving data and problem sets.
