Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides feedback to concerned departments with regard to accuracy of utilization experience
• Prepares the Claims Analysis to be forwarded to Sales Department
• Recommend further analysis for accounts with high utilization experience
• Address queries and/or concerns of internal and/or external customers

Qualifications

• Preferably, with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, and/or actuarial science; or a bachelor’s degree with a significant number of units in mathematics
