Position: Senior Database Administrator – Petrosys
The role involves end‑to‑end database administration, including design, schema deployment, installation, upgrades, and ongoing lifecycle management. Responsibilities support both the development group and clients using our dbMap/Web geoscience platform predominantly on Linux‑based platforms. The chosen individuals will work out of the Contour Software Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad resource centre office, as an extension of the division‑based R&D department.
Key Responsibilities
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle & Postgres database software and related tools.
- Working with developers to design and implement new database features and structures.
