What You Will Do
- Lead the Bathing department S&OP process, including cycle management, material preparation, data review, outcome publishing, and tactical system updates in Netstock/JDE
- Lead the demand planning activities for the Commercial category, for US and Canada, responsible for Trade and Intercompany Channels
- Lead cross‑functional alignment and demand planning topics, ensuring consistent understanding of assumptions, risks, and opportunities across Sales, Product, Finance, and Supply
