Job Description
The Senior Derivatives Counsel will be a key member of the investment bank's legal team with a focus on equity derivatives, ISDA trading documentation, and other legal matters with room to expand into other areas. 

Main Responsibilities:
Provide legal coverage to the equities sales and trading business, with an emphasis on equity derivatives and structured equity finance transactions
Draft, review, and negotiate trading documentation, including ISDA Master Agreements, credit support annexes (initial and variation margin), master confirmations, and related agreements
Advise on regulatory requirements impacting derivatives transactions, including uncleared margin rules and other applicable frameworks
Support trading activity across a variety of products, including equity swaps, options, and forwards
Draft and negotiate securities financing documentation, such as MRAs and MSLAs, and contri...
