Senior Design Engineer / Lead – Low Voltage Motors

Role: Own end-to-end design and development of low voltage electrical motors with direct accountability for product quality, cost competitiveness, and design robustness. This role is a core R&D function requiring deep integration with internal teams, ownership of critical engineering decisions, and protection of proprietary design knowledge. The role also includes: Design and Development of sub-assemblies (stator, rotor, contact plate) and associated active parts and passive parts like shafts with customer interface (worm, gears etc.), motor housing, bearing plate etc. for low voltage motors to provide modular solutions and conceptualize New Technologies for EM drives. Standardization of active parts design by development of design rules considering the different design topologies and the assembly processes. Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of moto...
