The Mechanical Disciplines Leader is responsible for delivering technical output for all lifecycle phases of the business. An experienced leader of leaders, you will direct teams of design and analysis engineers to meet programme requirements and develop both the teams and their processes through continuous improvement, balancing capacity and capability with business demands.
