Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate must have experience working on building projects in the Middle East Region. Ideally the successful candidate will have been responsible for managing the design process in addition the candidate will support the PM with Client interaction on technical design issues.
- The Senior Design Manager will oversee the Design Brief and scope of work to ensure the design consultant(s) are delivering to the clients requirements. When necessary the Senior DM will manage develop and assist in the processing of sub consultant RFQs (bid stage or early design stage manage or provide technical support to PM for technical change requests RFIs and Instructions to the sub consultants as well as;
