Company Overview: We specialize in architectural façade and aluminium works including curtain wall systems, aluminium cladding, louvers, and glass façades for both commercial and government projects. We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Senior Designer to join our design team.
Key Responsibilities: Lead design development of façade systems including curtain wall, aluminium cladding, louvers, etc. Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and material take-offs. Coordinate with QS, project, and site teams to ensure buildable and practical design solutions. Attend client/consultant meetings for technical clarifications and design modifications.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years of design experience in façade and aluminium works (Singapore Project). Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp. Knowledge of Singapore BCA standards and façade design principles. Strong detailing and technical coordination skills. Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and M...
