You will be responsible for the UK operation’s end-to-end production capability and its flawless execution. This role encompasses all of the relevant production functions. You will be responsible for the implementation of and reporting of systems and processes that drive business performance across the UK operation, working with not only the production team but also the commercial teams to drive growth.

The SPD must also be an Encore brand ambassador in the marketplace and seek out new opportunities for the company’s services – both current and future. You must be a visible and passionate advocate for Encore (e.g., leadership positions in user groups, conferences, industry trade groups credible in articulating Encore’s unique value proposition internally and to prospective clients where appropriate, and able to articulate Encore’s vision with confidence.
