Senior Director – Strategic Growth (International)

The Head of Strategic Growth International is accountable for driving revenue growth, improving conversion and embedding a high-performance sales culture across a portfolio of international revenue opportunities.

The role will initially focus on a defined set of priority growth areas within Banking, Treasury, and Investments (BTI), while building a broader, more scalable commercial engine that can support expansion across adjacent services over time. It will own the end-to-end commercial model across these areas, turning pipeline into revenue, increasing wallet share and ensuring that business development activity translates into tangible commercial outcomes.
