Senior Dynatrace Engineer

Role Description This full-time Senior Dynatrace Engineer role at TEIPPO is a hybrid position based in Mexico City, Mexico, with flexibility for part-time work from home.
The Senior Dynatrace Engineer will design, implement, and maintain application performance monitoring solutions using Dynatrace across complex, distributed environments.
Responsibilities include configuring dashboards, alerts, and custom metrics, as well as analyzing performance data to identify bottlenecks, optimize application behavior, and improve end-user experience.
The role involves collaborating closely with development, DevOps, SRE, infrastructure, and security teams to integrate Dynatrace into CI/CD pipelines and operational processes.
The engineer will also create technical documentation, establish monitoring best practices, and mentor colleagues on effective use of Dynatrace tools and methodologies.
