Role Overview A well-established (~40 years), profitable Dallas-based manufacturer (~250 staff) is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with deep expertise in digital PCB design. This is a hands-on role taking projects from concept through manufacturing release, with a collaborative, flat organizational structure and 100% in-house engineering and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
+ Own digital and analog electrical design from concept to manufacturing release
+ Drive schematic capture and deliver robust, production-ready designs
+ Lead board bring-up, troubleshooting, verification, and validation
+ Conduct and lead HALT and DO-160G environmental/EMC testing
+ Produce clear documentation: test procedures, HALT summaries, qualification reports, and product drawings
