Responsibilities

• Analyze plans, specifications and addendums.
• Perform inventory of materials, equipment and labor in institutional and industrial areas.
• Communicate with the client and/or engineering firm during submission.
• Carry out requests, reception and price analysis of materials, equipment and subcontractors.
• Provide support for the preparation of submission forms.
• Provide support to project managers for the completion of work as well as the evaluation of change notices.
• Participate and/or prepare site visits for submissions.
